These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the myFuturePlan mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and Data

The Service currently stores only basic account information and preferences associated with your account. We do not store your transactions, budgets, or financial goals on our servers.

If you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our active systems. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period until rotated, and we may retain data if required by law.

The app provides tools and insights for personal finance organization. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You should make decisions based on your own judgment and, when appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Apple and Google for authentication). We may also use service providers for hosting, monitoring, and security. For example, we may use Sentry for crash reporting and performance monitoring.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
